I don’t know whether I’m capable of taking up a mortgage, so I need good suggestions. I want to know about credit score, and how much credit score we need to take up a mortgage?Howard,
Do not go out and get a mortgage. Find a house you can buy on terms. Let the seller carry the financing in some shape for or fashion. Either the seller carries back a note and mortgage, or a lease with an option to buy. There are many variations on this them you could also do. Contract for Deed. The permutations go on and on.
