Hello,
My name is Jean,I’m from New york city and I’m about to close 5 deals with for sale by owner. My strategy is to get an option on all of them and have a higher bidder sale on them.I spoke with 3 sellers already houses free and clear that’s why my negotiation will be owner financing and the other two subject to the existance financing.I need help with the option agreement papers which I don’t have also how to structure the highest bidder sale papers.
I listened to Jackie the last 2 conference calls which really motivated me more to go outhere and take actions.

Go to the file vault. You can use a contingent contract or a straight option. Then just tailor it to each specific agrangement you made with each seller. If you want me to help walk you through it give me a call or an e mail
