If I start writing 5 offers/day; should I use an assistant to help draft the paperwork etc?

    Do higher volume investors use an assistant to draft the offers etc; (after they have verbally negotiated the deal?)…?

    or, is it best to always do that ourselves; ie draft the offer…?

    Just wondering how to maximize efficiency……?

    Once you have the baseline paperwork set up as a template, it doesn’t take much time to fill in the blanks.

    I agree with Jim. I can fill out an offer on about any kind of deal in 5-10 min.
