I am a new member and a new real estate investor. I have had a fair amount of real estate education through books and home study courses and seminars that I have attended. I am ready to start acquiring houses and flipping to get some quick cash. I feel this membership site and fellow members will help me to get over any fear or other blocks that have prevented me from actually pulling the trigger and buy a house.

Remember, if you don’t have any cash in the deal, you can’t lose any. If you don’t sign your name on the dotted line for a loan, your credit cannot be damaged. These simple rules, will help you get over the fear factor.
