Hi, my name is Gita Patel. I live in San Jose, California. I have been investing in real estate since 2004. I have done several short-sale flips and then I discovered private lending. I enjoy being a lender but I also like finding and putting deals together. My current goal is to build passive income so I am looking at doing “subject to”deals where I can wrap the mortgage and collect monthly payment and possibly master lease options.
