    MN investor looking for more info to sharpen my skills on all levels. I’m just starting out in mobile homes and would like to do flips and lease options. . Would love to connect with other in MN.

    Hi Denise, I live in Central FL now but grew up in Aitkin, MN and still have a lot of family up there, so visit when I can. I haven’t purchased any investments there. I have written some letters to owners there – mostly distressed/neglected properties and got phone calls back. I would consider any lake properties, or multi-family. What area are you in?
