I was checking Craigslist yesterday Tuesday Oct.1 in the northwest Indiana section of the Chicago area location. It is a posting near the bottom (after about 3 pages) and right before the Sept. 30th postings. There is someone advertising that he has 300 properties and 1000 acres of land that he is trying to liquidate and most are under market. I know Jackie had the bulk buying seminar last spring in Panama, and feel that some of you might find some opportunities there. I did not go, and wouldn’t be qualified to do much. I am just letting you know and hope someone can find some deals.

He was at the Panama seminar and got the training on package deals.
You will be seeing a LOT more of this in the next 2 years as more hedge funds and investors sell out.
time to learn how to get an option on everything and get it sold.. using an investors magic bus is ideal. I will write an article about this and do some training calls to get everyone up to speed fast.
