    Long time investor been around from the original Jack Miller days looking for another seasoned investor to help me with a loan from their IRA.

    I need $130,000 to purchase a gem of a deal in Salt Lake City, Utah.
    If you have money sitting in your IRA that you would like to make good return on your money please let me know.

    I have locked in a deal for my IRA to purchase but don’t have all the capital needed to make the purchase.

    Even though I have many rentals, this is my first IRA real estate purchase & I need help from those that can give me suggestions and best practices.

    Please contact me if you have IRA funds to loan.

    A little more details about the “deal” would probably be helpful. And how you plan to structure the IRA $. Equity or a loan or both

    I talked to Bonnie last week. From the information she gave me there seems to be a deal to be made. Bonnie I hope you do not give up and respond here on CFD.
