It sure is hard to get motivated to go buy houses when it is 31 degrees outside and my desk backs up to a fireplace. I think I’ll stay in and drink hot tea or hot cocoa until Spring when things warm up.
All the calls I’m getting lately have been people who owe more than their house is worth and have payments higher than I could rent it for. Good thing is, I screen them on the phone before I go look. So no need to leave the fireplace unless it’s a reallllly good deal.
