    Hey everyone, I’m new to CashFlowDepot. I’m just getting started investing. I have not done a deal yet and I’m super excited getting into real estate. I can’t wait to get my first deal under my belt ! Any comments or suggestions welcome.

    Where are you located?

    My advise is always to start with wholesaling. You don’t have to buy the house or fix it up – yet you make a great profit. It helps you learn the market, negotiating skills, evaluating repair costs, etc… BEFORE you start buying houses. See my Flip Deals book in the New member bonuses and Module 1 to learn how.

    For cash flow, start with master leases. See Module 7 for training
