Hi,
I have a connection with a few solar developers and would like to start connecting with the landowners to lease their land to solar developers. I’m trying to think of an option that would make sense to offer the seller while the project is being completed before going live. The option period would need to be for 18 months then the solar lease would kick in for 25 years after. Would any one know of a good approach?
