    Hello ,
    Where do I find the verbiage needed to make a lease to purchase contract in Cincinnati, Ohio. I had a rental, decided to make it a 5 yr lease to purchase. Get paid 3x vs just the rental income.

    if you look in the FILE VAULT (in resources), you will find sample lease agreements. For something specific for your city and state, you’ll need to contact a lawyer.
