    Where can i find a performance lease or correct wording for such lease?

    David Tilney has the best performance lease information. He is teaching a seminar about them in Tampa this weekend.

    I’m not sure if he sells the lease info without going to the seminar first.

    The seminar is GREAT. I’ve been several times.

    I am composing this on the fly. “THIS IS A PERFORMANCE LEASE” the Leasee is only obligated to make timley lease payments due the Lessor when the Leasee/Leassor receives full timley payment on the subleet lease agreement, and the subleet lease agreement is in no way in default.

    This is a performance lease. The Leasse is only obligated to pay Lessor as long as any sublease agreement is not in default.

    A couple of ideas off the cuff. I hope it may help and be a start.
