Loan amortization with coupon book ?

    I’ve heard of a program that will do a loan amortization, balloon payment and even print a coupon book…does anyone use a program like this?

    I’ve googled it…lots of shareware. I had rather have a personal referral.

    I use loan amortizer from Consult Commerce. It does everything on your list plus more. It even prepares the end of year accounting that has to be sent out.
