I’ve seen a few references to “Lonnie Deals”. I’m guessing they have something to do with Lonnie Scruggs. I think of him as teaching about mobile home deals but the references appear to be in the context of regular SFH deals.
Is there something about how Lonnie structures deals that also applies to SFH transactions?

All the Lonnie Deals I’m aware of involve old mobile homes that you can purchase CHEAP for cash – usually in a park – then seller financing for at least twice what you paid for it and get a very nice cash flow stream and a HIGH yield. These kind of deals work great – even in markets where you usually can’t get good cash flow.
