    Looking for hard money loan to purchase single family home in Cape Coral, FL. 1,800sf, never lived in. Listed in MLS for 99K. Purchase price 95K. 45K down, want 50K loan for 6-12 months. Thank you in advance for any referrals.

    You may want to call a few title companies in Cape Coral and I am sure they will know some HLs.
