Hi,

I started working with Ron Legrand last year. He also focuses on Leasing from a seller and renting to a tenant buyer in his pretty house course using terms. No terms, no deal is his motto.

I am terrible at calling sellers, but he has VA’s that can do that. I am thinking about working with him again as I need help doing this business. I am starting on a shoestring here, so the 15k to hire a mentor seemed steep. If it resulted in profit it would be worth it of course, but I am still paying for other training which limits my ability to do that at this moment.

I am wondering if any of you have worked with Ron and whether you would recommend his outfit. Could you let me know? If so, have you had success?? If not, should I just stick with Jack Miller’s trainings?

Back in the early 90’s, I bought a few of Legrand’s material. It got me started and I graduated to Jack Miller, Peter Fortunato, John Schaub, Jimmy Napier, Dyches Boddiford, etc. All masters at what they do.
