  • Does anyone have done a “Subject-To” in Louisiana? It’s a “mortgage” state. I am from CA, and I am familiar with “Subject-To.”
And the documentation for CA. But I have not done one in Louisiana.
Thus, I post it here and see if someone has done it and give me some pointers or share the documents that would be great.
    Cheers,

    Bac,

My daddy’s family is from Louisiana. He’s Cajun. My mother’s family is from south Mississippi. She’s redneck. A nickname for a Cajun is Coonass. Because I’m half and half, I’m a half-ass-coon-ass. NOT KIDDING.

Louisiana does not use English law like the other 49 states. They use French law. This is a horse of a different color.

Call my friend Courtney Fricke. She’s the bomb diggity. She’s one hell of an investor and lives in Southern Louisiana…though she doesn’t sound anything like a Coonass (her loss). Her number is 985-259-2858.

How do Coonasses sound? Here ya go: https://youtu.be/L2QtyHultEA

As Justin Wilson would say, How y’all are, Huh?

Did you find the answer that you needed?
