March 28th – Coaching Call – Lead Generation

  • The March 28th Coaching Call will be all about lead generation – both online and offline ( better when they work together). the Call starts at 7pm Central.

    Our guest speaker will be Adrian Nez. Adrian was a speaker at the Panama Retreat this year. His talk about lead generation was excellent. He’s also a part time trainer at Investor Carrot. But his real “gig” is a wholesaler! He’s currently closing 3-7 deals a month in several different states.

    So, what’s a wholesaler? Wholesaling real estate is when you find then get a contract on an old run down house, then you sell your contract (or sell the house) to a rehabber. Wholesaling is how I got started more than 20 years ago. You don’t need to buy houses, fix them up, or get loans but you get paid a lot of money – usually in 1-2 weeks.

    Adrian will talk about how to automate your lead generation systems so you can get consistent lead flow to do wholesaling or highest bidder sales, or master leases, or what every kind of real estate deals you want to do. You can “target” your marketing to get the kind of leads you want to get.
