    I’m marketing to landlords who have filed for eviction.

    Who has a shortcut for me to find LL’s who have recently filed an eviction? My county records require a plaintiff or defendent name. I don’t often have that before I want to reach the LL.

    It might be easier to just go to Eviction court or hire someone to go for you. Hand out business cards that say “I Solve Real Estate Problems”
