To find wholesale buyers do this:
Call all the “we buy houses” signs — understand that some of them are wholesalers too
go to the foreclosure auction – cash buyers – collect biz cards and hand yours out too — but wait until after the auction because people will be busy
visit with rehabbers at the investment clubs – when you get a good deal, hand out flyers at the REI club meetings
when you get a great deal, let the hard money lenders know about it — they know all the rehabbers and make money if they lend money
when you’re driving around looking for vacant houses, keep an eye out for dumpsters in front of houses… stop and talk to the crew, get number for owner so you can call them.
