David Tilney has the best, however you need to take his class to get his material. Take whatever lease/rental agreement you are comfortable with being the tenant and adapt it. You have the Landlord, Tenant, and Occupant Tenant. “When rent is collected from the occupant tent the landlord will receive X % of the rents collected no later then X date of the month. It is really as simple as that.
