Hi all.

I have been around real estate for many years now since I began
refinishing bathtubs and countertops for a living. I now suffer from a bad back and decided to give something new a whirl.
Since begining to read the REPS Manual, I have noticed that there
seems to be a shortage of those “I Pay Cash For Houses” people
in my area. Gonna have to dig a bit deeper I suppose?

Looking forward to getting a deal together soon and pay off some debt.

If anyone needs any advice on refinishing, give me a shout.

Welcome to the group

If you are not finding many signs it may be because there are strict sign ordinances against signs.

You can run ads on craigslist to look for rehabbers.
Look for ads in the newspaper, greensheet, etc.
Drive around to look for projects in progress.
Talk to title companies to ask if they know any investors.

If there are any houses in your town, there are rehabbers.
