Not sure if there is a deal with this one. I have not talked to the seller. It’s a 3/2 with a 1 car garage built in 1961. They have only owned it for a year. Could be a subject-to opportunity. Then, if you buy subject-to, you could re-sell with seller financing wrapping the underlying loan or just keep as a rental… if the numbers work and IF it is a fixed rate mortgage.
