    This is a 5 bedroom 2 bath house built in 1978
    It was purchased 2 years ago.
    The sellers need to sell to pay for their son’s heart surgery.
    Zip 38635

    It needs some repairs – Shingles, bathroom upgrade, kitchen flooring and countertops

    I have no idea what the numbers are on this one.

    Because it was only purchased 2 years ago, I doubt there is much equity.
    So, you may be able to buy this one with a combination of Subject-To and some cash.
    Or even just subject-to the mortgage. Debt relief (not making the mortgage payments) may be the perfect solution.

    I have not talked to the seller. This lead came in on one of my websites. They want to sell ASAP.
