Urgent Motivated Seller Lead

Back by popular demand, we’ll give it another try to send out motivated seller leads because they are piling up.

The rules are, if you are interested in the lead, you must send me an email agreeing to the stated referral fee which is paid when you buy or sell the house only. You don’t pay anything for the lead up front. If you previously got a lead/deal but did not pay the referral fee, you are banned from ever getting a lead again. Until we get your agreement to pay the referral fee, the address will not be released. We have a contract on all these leads.

Here’s the interesting part!!!! The house is only a few blocks to the Texas A & M University Kingsville campus. This would make the IDEAL STUDENT HOUSING. You could rent it by the room and even convert the garage in to another apartment. With one acre, you could add another unit if zoning would allow it. If it where just $300 per room x 5 rooms that’s $1500 a month rent. If the garage could be converted to 1-2 more rooms, add an extra $300 to $600 a month to your cash flow.

This is NOT a wholesale candidate. I need someone who wants to DO THIS DEAL… ie, buy the house… so you’d need about $12,000 + $1000 referral fee to get in to this one. If you want to wholesale it or do a highest bidder sale after you buy it, that’s fine but you need to close first.
