    I have not talked to the seller yet so I don’t know the numbers.

    This is a 3/2 about 1400sf. Seller says he needs to downsize. He has owned it 42 years. I do not know if there is a mortgage.. He would like to be SOLD by end of October.

    Looks like a Highest Bidder Sale Op!!
