    After people come on my Panama Relocation Tour, many are anxious to go home, sell their house, then move to Panama as fast as possible. But… they will most want close to full price and all cash.. I think there is an opportunity to do some highest bidder sales for these sellers. Anyone interested?

    Today, a lady on my tour told me she inherited her parents house in Fort Worth Texas. It needs a lot of repairs and is full of stuff. She just wants to get rid of it. A highest bidder sale would work great. She does not even live in Texas and has no interest in going to see the house. She’s moving to Panama in January.

    Anyone living in Fort Worth interested?

    If she just wants to get rid of it, is she open to sell it at wholesale pricing?
