It’s been a long time since I worked with naca ( neighborhood asssistance corporation of america) I don’t know if they are still in business. I did sell several houses to their clients but they certainly prefer to send people to their favorite real estate agent. You have to get in good with the people who run it in your area to get buyer leads. They did let me post fliers about my properties.
if there is an agent involved with the property, they will NOT work with you.
