Need suggestion on a sadwich Lease with Option to Buy

  • I have to close the deal in October and was wondering what closing should it be.
    Do I have to do the double closing, using One Day Daugh or can it be done differently?
    I have a Notice Of Option registered in the local county office. I make a large profit that I do not want either the seller or buyer know about.

    Would I need funds to close with seller first?

    Unfortunately yes from my experience. Has anyone out there found a way around all the disclosing to pull this off with just using the end buyers funds?

    If you do not have the funds you could use a financial friend to bring in the money and give them a little something for their trouble.
