I added a new article about options today.
Check it out

An Option is a way to control real estate, or anything else, until you find a buyer. Your profit is the difference between your Option strike price and what you sell it for.
An option is an actual purchase contract with a contingency clause that says something else has to happen within a certain time frame before you will close.
An option is used to control a wholesale property before you find a buyer. An option is used to control a property before you do a Highest Bidder Sale. There are many other uses for options.
In this new article you will see how an option can be more profitable than a listing agreement. Yet, a listing agreement is similar to an option in that they both control a property for a certain amount of time.
But… you do NOT need a real estate license to get an Option!!!
