Yesterday I got another master lease in Panama. My rent is $600 a month all inclusive – fully furnished house. The rent includes electricity, internet, cable TV, trash collection, water. It’s typical for rent to include all these things in panama. I will be able to rent the house for $775 to $800. It’s not a lot of cash flow but I’ve had my eyes on this house for a long time. I got a FIVE year lease! Eventually, I will be able to convert this to seller financing. A Master Lease is a way to “get your foot in the door” to many other opportunities.
I just heard that David Tilney is teaching a Master Lease and Management class in Colorado Springs in later September. When I have more details, I’ll let you know.
