Hello!
My name is Jake, and I’m a new member. I’m in the very early stages of my real estate career, but I’m dedicated to learning all that I can and getting started even though I have not yet been involved in my first deal. Through my seeking of real estate knowledge and expertise, I got in contact with Mr. Kevin Kolinski and he was kind enough to share some advice and also recommended coming to CashFlowDepot to aid in my education. I’m currently a student at the University of South Carolina, and will be mostly looking to operate in the Charleston and Columbia markets in SC. I’m here to learn, and hopefully to meet others that have been in my shoes that I might work with and learn from. I’d love to hear from anyone that sees this and I appreciate any tips or tricks that might help lead me in the right direction. Thanks for having me.
