    Hello my name is Sarah Severance and I am new here. I have been reading up on real estate investing for almost 3 years now, particularly wholesales. I am ready to take action and secure a financial future for my 2 small and soon to be 3 children!

    HI Sarah

    You’re in the right place. You need to read my Flip Deals book. Start with building a buyers list and doing the other things the book recommends before you start looking for houses. If you do it in this order, it will be much easier to wholesale properties.
