Hi all,
My name is Caleb Billingsley.
My background is primarily in commercial real estate. I worked as an Asset Management Analyst at Realty Income Corporation, a large public REIT. There I transacted over $20M+ in leases and sales. Prior I interned with CoStar Group, the leading information company for the CRE industry.
Great experiences, but am seeking my own skillset within all of real estate. Here I wish to learn how to do deals in any market, given any circumstance. Where the only limitation is your creativity!
