I’m Damon Crawford, and I and my family live in the Finger Lakes region of central New York. I have no investor experience at all. I have been in outside or inside sales for more than twenty years.

My wife has been on me for years to start doing flipping/rehabbing like they show on HGTV and all those channels, and now our son wants to do the same. I told them this is a way to get to that point with less risk and more practical ways to acquire the knowledge needed for that.

So here we are! I’m now on step one, getting to my ten local home buyers, hoping at least half of them will be cash buyers.
