read about one of my craziest option deals… at the BLOG section.
This is also one of the biggest profit deals, or it will be when I exercise my option.
Of course, I have no plans to take the profit in cash. Because the option is more than a year old, I can exchange it. A 1031 exchange has to be for domestic properties for domestic properties. I have no interest in investing in any USA properties anymore.
A 351 exchange can be used to liquidate a domestic property then invest in shares of an offshore entity which can in turn invest in properties.
