I’ve received a few emails asking how a master lease works. Here’s a general overview:
Instead of buying a house or even getting an option, you just get a lease for less than you can rent it for and the right to be able to sub-lease it. Ideally you’ll have at least a couple hundred dollar a month in cashflow.
This is a strategy that works great right now because there are so many people who can’t sell but need to move.
