Looks like the classic case of a “money pit” — a full, long drawn out, cash-sucking rehab that you warned us against as high risk on last night’s SOTU call. A trashed foundation, hole in the roof, tub and toilet appear not to have been cleaned up after a sewage backup, house overflowing with trash, gaping holes in the sheetrock in room after room, etc. One shining possibility though — all of the neighbors might be willing to help an adventurous soul with splitting the dumpster expenses just to clean up the neighborhood. Well, maybe one other shining possibility — the likelihood of finding squatters in that house should be really low.
