    I need some help finding notes to buy. I have never been in that world. I always make my own. I never sell them because the JACKLEGS that call me offer less than half face value and think they are doing me a favor. I have an IRA that is all paid back and I need to get that money back out there. ..$20K local Georgia deals, since your reading this.

    You know that’s what got Lonnie Scruggs in to the wobbly box business. He could not find any good notes so he started creating his own by buying old el cheapo mobile homes then selling them with seller financing. He controlled the collateral
