  • I was looking through the filed on my external hard drive and found a lot of articles which were previously on Lonnie Scruggs’s website. I’m working on getting all the articles added to CashFlowDepot. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the article below. When I did a lot of mobile home deals in Texas, my numbers were different. I’d usually buy for less than $2,000 then sell for just under $10,000 – getting at least $750 down. Within a few months I had all my cash out of the deal so the rest was pure cash flow. If I had a mobile home that was really rough, I’d buy for $less than $2000 ( usually closer to $1000), then sell for $3000 or $4000 as a fixer upper – usually to a cash investor buyer. It’s like wholesaling on steroids. The payouts are not as big but you can do a high volume to make up for it.
