What would you say is the percentage of your deals are options?
I’d say at least 50%-60% of the deals I do are Option deals.
At various times in the real estate cycles, that number increased to 90%
I also did a high volume of subject-to deals and buying with seller financing when I lived in Texas
but that was always less volume than Option deals.
Keep in mind that wholesaling requires getting an Option. a Highest Bidder Sale requires getting an Option too.
