Today, I got an email about a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Gorgona with an ocean view. Gorgona is just east of Coronado which is about 1 hour west of Panama City. It was priced at $250,000. The seller’s child has a serious health issue so she needs CASH OUT and sell ASAP. She has lowered the price to $159,900. I don’t know if she would take less. I doubt that she would sell with seller financing but I have not asked.
