    I’m searching for ideas as to how I can get in good graces of mobile home park managers. I have a construction background and I’m a licensed electrician. I thought about offering my services to in exchange for possible mobile home deals. Not sure how I would word that to a park manager.

    Does anyone have any experience as to how to develop a relationship with some of these mobile home manager?

    Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Rob,
    I would go in person and introduce yourself. I would explain that you are looking for mobile homes to buy and then sell on contract to a end user. Simple as that. Go make friends and start talking.
