Probate (I need help) Partition sale? Option agreement or assignable purchase?

    Florida deal. 4 family members that have not started the probate process yet. 3 family members already agreed with me on Price, the other is in denial and don’t want to sell. Do I have to go thru a partition sale with the member that is on denial to ? I want to move forward without him beeing in the way. I am working on getting them under a phycological contract (for wholesale) prior to the probate process. I know it can not be enforced incase they decide to cancel. Which contract should I use ? Option contract or a assignable purchase contract? I will appreciate any help and any addendums i can add? Any probate attorney recommendations for Jacksonville fl?

    For sure need some legal advise on this one from a attorney that does allot of probate. Keep us informed, will be a good teaching exercise. I would not even present paperwork at this time but keep in very close contact. Do you have a attorney in Jacksonville?
