Florida deal. 4 family members that have not started the probate process yet. 3 family members already agreed with me on Price, the other is in denial and don’t want to sell. Do I have to go thru a partition sale with the member that is on denial to ? I want to move forward without him beeing in the way. I am working on getting them under a phycological contract (for wholesale) prior to the probate process. I know it can not be enforced incase they decide to cancel. Which contract should I use ?
