    I am looking to purchase software to manage my rentals. Any recommendations on the best software for less than 10 units but can scale easily to 100. If the software made it easy to incorporate creative items like option payments or something all the better. Please advise.

    I have use Note Smith for 25 years. It is great for rentals and notes both.

    Rob,

    In the coming months, I’ll also begin a quest to find a solid, easy to use property management software for our rental and notes.

    I plan to let this board know what I find, which one we choose, and why.

    For the past few days, I’ve been researching property management software that I feel will work best for us.

    It came down to DoorLoop and Rentec Direct. We are going with Rentec Direct. Doing this today.
