It depends on where you live. You can usually find those kind of prices in the smaller towns about 1-2 hours away from major metro areas.
craigslist.com (unless you are are on the west coats or east coast)

With a population of about 65K you should have a bunch of homes to go after. Pick the neighborhoods that you would like to buy houses in and drive the neighborhoods, or have someone do it for you. Your setting on a gold mine.

That is where I’m stuck, Don. If I want someone to do it for me, who can? I’m guessing a realtor but are there any other people who do that? Also, what types of questions should I ask them?
