Hello
We bought a piece of land at a foreclosure sale with a double wide mobile on it. So we now own the land.
The same bank that foreclosed on the land holds a lien on the mobile. We want to now charge the lienholder rent for their instrument in anticipation that they will sign it over to us.
Jack had mentioned before how he goes about this process. Can you refresh our memory or give us the link/reference to where you talked about this very thing?
