  • Received an email this morning it was from Shopsavvydirectmail. Anyone familiar with this company?

I have never heard of it. But if they are selling a “list” run in the other direction. Every investor in your town could get the same list.

It’s better to get leads that no one else knows about. Not on a list. Not on MLS. Not posted anywhere on the internet.

Once you create your own list, then you can use the USPS to send postcards or letters.

    Here’s their strategy page:

There are reviews for them on Facebook. They claim to be a full service provider — mailing product design, list pulling (can’t tell if they would work with a list you provide, or if they would insist on being the middleman — it should be one easy phone call to find out), list mailing, results tracking, etc. They are South Florida located, but claim to provide service nationwide. I just plugged SHOPSAVVYDIRECTMAIL into DuckDuckGo.com and received quick hit results.
