  • Here are a couple political science / economics classics that I mentioned on the CC tonight. To me, they both have similarities to what is going on at the present time with our economy/government.

Both writings are very theoretical, historical, and out of print – best place to find them is on Amazon or a used book store:

The Road to Serfdom by F.A. Hayek 1994 50th Anniversary edition -(professor of economics at the Univ of Chicago, Univ of London, & Univ of Freiburg; Nobel Prize recipient in Economics, Medal of Freedom recipient in 1991 shortly prior to his death in 1992)

The Mortal Danger: How Misconceptions about Russia Imperil America by Aleksandr Solzhenitzyn 1980 (author, Nobel Prize recipient for Literature, survivor of the Soviet Gulag Archipelago)

Hope you enjoy them and are enlightened by them as I have been.
